Just two about two weeks ago, a home security camera system in Portsmouth, VA caught three thieves in action. Since then, once of the three has been caught as police are searching for the other two.
The home video surveillance shows three individuals approaching a parked truck. After going out of frame for a short period, the lights on a truck come on. The suspects eventually drove away with the vehicle.
